Even from the first phone call, Jodi laid out all the steps from searching to close and what is expected of us as the buyer along the way. This was very helpful for our family to plan our finances, maneuver our current rental contract, and make informed decisions based on the timeline and milestones described. For example, we had a strong sense that the last hurdle would be a positive VA Assessor report, once obtained, we felt confident enough to prepare moving arrangements and was able to move in to our new house 2 days after closing.
